Increasingly stable
economies, attractive investment environments, access to natural resources
and local political risk in the Middle East are driving Gulf investors'
decisions to allocate capital to Latin America ( observation : this
was before the crisis in Egypt, Tunesia, etc ).
The 3rd Latin America Mid-East Investors Forum (http://ems.euromoney.com/ems/r.asp?cIndex=487202&mIndex=1066871377&hurl=http%3A//www.latinfinance.com/lameif)
(LA-MEIF), takes place on May 9-10 at the Park Rotana in Abu Dhabi and
is the perfect place to meet with Gulf-based investors looking beyond
the Middle East and to Latin & South America and Brazil in particular
for investment opportunities.
Over 150 Gulf-based funds and institutional investors will be looking
for investment opportunities including in the North East of Brazil because
of the new Natal international airport - Sao Goncalo do Amarante.

When the Sao Gonçalo
do Amarante international airport will be inaugurated ( expected end
2013 ) the value of the properties in our project is expected to
triplicate ( about one year after the inauguration ).
When the first visible signs ( or the winning of the tender offer )

Brazil changes oil drilling

Brazil's Congress has modified laws
relating to the country's oil sector which could increase development
of its offshore oil fields.
The bill ensures that the
state-run oil company Petrobras will have a 30% stake in any new joint
exploration ventures in Brazil's offshore fields.
Exploitation of the reserves
could turn Brazil into a global energy exporter.
President-elect Dilma Rousseff helped
to draft the proposals while chief of staff in the current government.Buried

The oil fields off the coast of
Rio de Janeiro state are estimated to hold more than 50 billion barrels
of oil, buried some 7km (4.4 miles) under the ocean floor beneath a
thick layer of salt.
Despite the difficult conditions,
the area may prove too alluring to ignore for the world's oil giants.
Petrobras has unrivalled expertise
in deep water drilling as almost all of its ventures are located in
the south Atlantic Ocean.
In September, the company raised
$70bn (£44.7bn) in the world's largest public share offering.
The offer was oversubscribed, with
sovereign wealth funds from Middle East and Asia taking part.

We would be able to rent
out the villas right now, but that is not our intention because we prefer
to start a definitive and lucrative high end rental management soon
( March - April 2011 ).
We have confirmation that the international travel agencies and real
estate agents have a special interest in working with this project because
it is unique.
However there are some items pending like footpaths, street lights and
therefore March - April 201.
International tour operators, travel
agencies and agencies will take on the task of renting out and selling
your properties at the best possible price.
We will take on the maintenance
and repairs. We have the best logistics to do so.
* The area of the project features
a micro climate that is the best and most constant of Brazil ( 12 months
a year pool and beach weather )
* mineral water ideal for human
consumption everywhere (even in your shower)
* the best and spectacular, safe and clean pools filled with mineral
water and with temperatures constantly above
28 ° C
* the most spectacular villas of RN ( Natal and RN are the most important
destination for foreigners and the second for Brazilians after Rio )
* closer and quicker to the new international airport ( then Natal and
Pipa )
* unique sewing system (treating wastewaters from toilets, showers and
kitchen sinks separately
* rapidly rising demand (already not enough availability in the years
of international crisis)
The definitive rental scheme will
allow owners to make the most of their investments and holiday makers
and potential clients to visit what we feel to be a life changing experience.

Electricity bill for a normal household is about 15 Re ( no airconditioning
) to 70 Re ( use of airconditioning only at night in one bedroom ) a
month ( free in the case of free rental management ).
In the case of intensive use of
air conditioning the bill can go up to 150 Re a month or more
Of course there are no heating costs
and for air-conditioning there is no need ( Owners that instaled it
do not use it. Owners that installed ceiling fans are surprised about
the natural ventilation and make very seldom use of the ventilators.
