Soon we will make an upgrade of the link with our ongoing builds of your Villas (which you can access trough the link).

Existing clients that want to make changes in their build please make contact with us by e-mail as soon as possible (otherwise we will have to proceed as planned).

Unfortunately we can only accept changes with no additional cost in certain cases and in the case we did not finish yet the item(s) you want to change.
For those who do not mind paying additional almost any change is possible and this at any time.

The most obvious free changes would be:
* Another type of doors and windows (If you have plans or good photos please forward them).

* Kitchen sinks in another position or another kind of granite or material ( ideally we need an e-mail with a plan or a drawing).

* Floor in natural stones ( in the case of "piso anticua" not possible if we did not yet foresee a higher height especially of doors, unless you do not mind a reduction of 2-3 cm in the height of your doors wich in our case are between 2 to 10 cm above average anyhow )

* A solarium instead of a standard veranda in front of your villa (we can do this only for the first ones that let us know).
It would be a pre solarium so without the stairs to climb it and without the protection on top of it.
A full solarium with stairs and protection right now would have an additional cost.
