All the villas we have under construction in Quadras 5 & 1 are just a few weeks from completion. We also have villas in Quadras 8 & 6 some of which are used for up to six months a year, their owners making full advantage of our amazing climate and healthy lifestyle”.

We would like to start an early and simple rental management by July 2010, this will promote and progress our project, before we implement the definitive rental scheme in the last trimester of this year.

The definitive rental scheme will allow owners to make the most of their investments and holiday makers and potential clients to visit what we feel to be a life changing experience.

Electricity bill for a normal household is about 15 to 70 Re a month ( free in the case of free rental management ).

In the case of use of air conditioning the bill can go up to 150 Re a month or more
( use only at night in one bedroom ).
