When you buy your beach villa with us, your deed is already prepared in the notary.

That is why for most of our clients it only took one day to get it and at no cost for the deed.
Since it is already prepared in the notary the only thing left to do is to transfer it to you ( your name or names ).
To do so the only thing you need is the properly signed legal contract.
This means you do not need a title company to help you with the deed, you do not need a title insurance to be sure you will get the deed simply because the deed already exists and already is registered in the notary.

Also the model contract is already checked for legality by several lawyers, solicitors and last but not least the notary and above all registered by the notary.
This means you do not have to check the contract by a lawyer or a solicitor.
The notary is both lawyer and solicitor and he is the only one responsible for his acts and his registrations.

Although most of our Owners did not visit the project first and did not do their due diligence before they bought their villa, they all are very satisfied and realize they made good use of a tremendous business opportunity.
