Carport or garage and gate in 3 different locations ( shown with Penthouse version B )

There is no real need to have a carport (it is an option). Even without the carport there is space to park several of the largest cars in the back side of the villa (side opposit to the kitchen)

A) Carport located in the back of the plot (only in corner plots)

possible location in corner plots, but not the highest recommended location

B) Carport at the front corner of the plot ( in corner plot ) or at the front of the side of the veranda ( kitchen side )
Not recommended because in this position the carport affects the view on both sides of the villa
and offers no (hidden) extra parking places driving additional cars through the carport.

view from the front of the plot on the side opposite to the kitchen

( view from the back of the plot on the kitchen side )
Carport at the front corner of the plot (in corner plot) or at the front of the side of the veranda ( kitchen side )

Carport at the front corner of the plot on the side opposite to the kitchen ( recommended )

( view from the front of the plot on the kitchen side ) Carport at the front corner of the plot on the side opposite to the kitchen (recommended).
This view shows that the carport in this recommended location does only affect your view from this positio
n.
In the case the back of the carport is left open and if desired more cars can be droven
through the carport and parked at the backside (opposite to the kitchen side or the side we are looking at in this image) of the villa.
This allows to park more then 8 cars on the plot and pretty much out of view
( extra parking places only in case you do not plant or build walls or amenities on that backside of the villa )

As you can see, a large carport (or garage) does not interfere with the possibility of at least two very nice locations for a large pool.
There are of course much more positions but the result can be deducted from the 3 locations shown here.
However, in between positions are not recommended because they interfere more with
the view in general and especially with the different possible positions of the strategically positioned pool(s).
